Before Conference
1. Staff - to work in Gateway office starting from mid March to end July 2008. Skills required: Logistics for Conference, Administration for Gateway Outreach Team, Hospitality management for foreign delegates, Graphic designers, Website designer and Public communication admin team.

2. Finances - to help delegates from developing nations who wants to go on missions. our target is S$30,000 for 300 delegates from developing nations.

3. Housing - for foreign staff to stay for one to four months - between March to July.
4. Intercessors - from Jan to Aug to cover all areas of mobilization (global and local) and outreach in prayer.

During Conference
1. Airport Welcome Team - people who are willing to welcome foreign delegates at the airport terminals from July 14th to 16th.
2. Drivers - people who are willing to help when needed.
3. Housing - people who are willing to host some of the delegates (indivduals or families) from July 14th to 20th.
4. Info Counter - people who are willing to manage info for general public from July 16th to 19th.
5. General Secretariat - people who are willing to mend the secretariat office on July 13th to 16th,
6. Video team - people who are skill to do video camera work, editing and interviews.
7. Security - people who are willing to serve in Conference security from July 16th to 19th.
8. Medical - doctors who are willing to avail their clinics for foreign delegates who are sick during their time in Singapore.
9. General logistics - to help the logistics team from July 14th to 16th.
10. Housing Liaison - to help connect and serve foreign delegates and Singapore hosts.
11. Food - for teams working during Conference July 16th to 19th

Outreach
1. Translators - we need Mandarin speakers to go with other languages speaking teams (English, Portuguese, Korean, Bahasa, Dutch, Japanese). Translators must be willing to pay for their own outreach fees. Your conference fees will be waived.
